When you connect your Google Business Profile to QuickReviews, we request OAuth access to your Google account. We only access the data necessary to provide our services, which includes:

• Your Business Profile information (Name, Location ID).
• Your Google Reviews (Reviewer name, rating, text, and time).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to provide the QuickReviews service to you. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Display your Google Reviews on our centralized dashboard.
• Allow our AI to generate polite, context-aware replies to your reviews.
• Post those replies to your Google Business Profile on your behalf.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

QuickReviews' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with any third parties.
• We do not use your Google data for serving ads.
• We only use the data to provide the review management features you requested.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your OAuth tokens and business data. Your Google Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens are stored securely in our database and are used solely for syncing your reviews and posting your approved replies.

5. Revoking Access

You can revoke QuickReviews' access to your Google Account at any time by visiting your Google Account's Security settings page and removing QuickReviews from your connected apps.
